I am originally from a small town in Michigan and harbor the ever-famous mid-western hospitality.  I have recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with an M.F.A in Theatre and cannot wait to continue my work in the professional world!

My personal philosophy as an actor is that our job is to bring people together, or as my mentor would phrase it, "Lessen the distance between human beings".  To do this we must shed a light on the human condition by bringing forth characters and stories that an audience can believe in and empathize with.  Every character needs to be given life by the heart of the actor in order to make meaningful connections not only with everyone else onstage, but everyone seated out front as well.

I am constantly striving to bring a positive energy to every working environment.   I believe that the greatest art is made when everyone in the room feels like they are appreciated and that their voice is being heard, and theatre is no exception.  There is nothing more rewarding than working on a project where every member is fully invested and passionate about their role and where we can all look at ourselves at the end of the day and truly believe that what we do matters.
